DMDT intends to purchase a complete production line of RO flat sheet membrane with technical specification which mentioned in this documents composed of Know-How,technical assistant,engineering services,machineries, equipment and accessories for annual production of 2,000,000 square meter with a complete line for modulate and spiral wounding of flat sheets in several types of RO membrane such as Residential membrane elements, TW series, BW series, LE & XLE series, SW series, SWHR series & etc., as well as installation and commissioning, through the well-known and qualified company and technology and equipment providers

PROCESS

The Process of this Quotation composed of the producing of 2,800,000 square meter Thin Film Composite RO flat. Sheet membranes annually and then modulate the produced flat sheet to spiral wounded type Ro filters manually and automatically including the know-how transfer for produce several kinds of RO membrane applications such as: Residential membrane elements, TW series, BW series, LE & XLE series, SW series, SWHR series

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENT

Fabricated thin-film composite membranes should be having excellent performance in terms of flux, salt and organics rejection, and microbiological resistance & other major characteristic of membrane. Fabricated elements should operate between PH range of 2 up to 11.
